So far only very close family members were allowed to meet Rajinikanth due to his frail health. The only exception to this list was director KS Ravi Kumar who gained access to discuss Rana.According to Vairamuthu, he is the second outsider to meet the Superstar. The poet is a good friend of Rajini’s and the two enjoy a very good rapport. He met Rajini recently at the Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam and was happy to see his good old friend recovered.
Rajini is as active as he was and was at ease discussing Rana, politics and other such things. Rajini apparently told Vairamuthu that some changes are being made in Rana and the shooting will soon resume.
